Closed on our first property……….
Well it finally happened, we closed on our first property! It has been a long journey with some ups and downs but we can now say that we have our first property sold. The escrow process turned out to be quite daunting but we got through it and now will be the home of a very nice family who I hope will have a wonderful future there. We wish them all the best and now we go onto our second house which has just hit the market.
