Well this is a first for us. We were asked by a real estate agent to do a rehab on one of their houses. They had seen our work on our previous houses and wanted to have us work on this house for them. We were very excited about doing this for the first time. We ran the entire project from demo to finish and it only took 10 weeks. It went on the market and sold the first weekend. We couldn’t of been more excited and hope that we can incorporate this type of work into our business for the future.
